Misc Updates

So much happened from Aug till to-date. Some of the highlights:

- flew to Kuantan for a work trip. 2nd time away fr the family in 2 months. Thank god Dearie was supportive and handled the kids really well!

- Jyn suddenly started stuttering on the morning of 31 August. All of a sudden he repeats words. Researches and people around (including speech therapists) tell me that its very common among toddler6s that are just starting to speak. Apparently too many things in the brain wanting to come out at the same time. The phase will pass.. I hope it passes soon.

- finally brought the kids to Farm In The City, the much talked about petting zoo at Sri Kembangan. Was really quite a good experience. Kids loved it!

- Bangkok-Pattaya trip in September via Dearie's company. It was our first overseas trip with the kids where we followed a tour and hopped a few hotels. Kids were amazingly cooperative! Everyone had a ball of a time during the holiday!

- MIL came and stayes 3 months straight with us!

- Bought a JoYoung breadmaker and started the experience in making different bread myself ^^

- Dearie started having weekly badminton sessions with colleagues after week

- Anne's 2nd Qdees Concert

- Pangkor trip in October with CM's sis and Siow Sung / David. The kids' first time to Pangkor. They totally love the beach and sea! Had an amazingggg time!

Will find another time to load some photos. It has been an incredible 3 months. Passed very quickly with lots of joy and laughter. Kids are growing up very fast. Enjoying every single moment.

Some updates about them:
- Anne is about 20kg while Jyn is about 15kg
- Anne is about 115cm while Jyn around 100
- Anne's feet measures at 18cm while Jyn at 15.5 (i just measured it today while playing with them! Hehe)
- I still find it weird that Jyn can fit perfectly well into Anne's T-Shirts that she was still wearing comfortably last year
- Both kids take virgin coconut oil (4-5ml) neat twice a day. Lactogg probiotics once before bed time
- Anne asks for a bottle of milk at night and she likes to suck it off fr her bottle (acting like a baby).. hehe..
- Jyn has stopped wearing napkin during the day except during his nap time. He knows how to tell us when he needs to wee/poo.
- Anne has started brushing her teeth b4 going to school (finally! Yay!) ~ previously she couldnt wake up enough to do it until one day her friend laughed at her in school! Talk about peer pressure!!
- Jyn has also started to let us brush his teeth with a little toothpaste during bath time and he knows how to rinse his mouth now. Also, cutting his hair (a bi-monthly affair) is also not so difficult now
- Jyn ask 10,000 'WHY's a day. And all must be answered --'

To-date, I feel most blessed as both kids adore each other. They fight (alot).. but they hug and kiss and laugh together the next moment. It's such a joy to see them growing up so happily & healthily together.

Ok.. 3.18am now. Time to really try to lull myself to bed :p
