Time zooms!

Realized that it's already mid January. Not too long ago, we were still at Singapore celebrating Christmas... and suddenly, as if with only a blink of an eye, we're going into the 2nd month of the year! And that shall bring to CNY! The much awaited joyous season!

Unlike previous years, I dont have the luxury of time to go baju-shopping this time around! I barely have time to have proper breakfast/lunch/tea.. usually it's just making a cup of neslo and putting it infront of me. I dont get the chance to drink it even after making the drink coz the idiotic phone would be ringing non-stop once the clock strik 9! My colleauges have commented that I'm like a chipsmore now "now you see her, now you dont!" Some people dont even bother calling my extension anymore coz I'm barely around to pick it up! Lunches are spent on my desk, trying to sort out the documents needed for the next meeting.. Tea time are no longer there coz I reach home just in time for dinner... Daddy and mommy no longer ask "how come u're so late tonight?" coz they're used to only seeing me home at 9pm.. I guess if I appear at home at 7pm, they would instead ask "how come you're so early today?" hehe

I feel like I'm missing out soooo much just becoz I spend all my time/energy working. I dont know the latest news happening around the world, I dont know the new shops around MV anymore coz I dont go strolling from floor-to-floor during lunch, I dont care abt the cantonese series in Wah Lai Toi anymore coz it's too tiring to concentrate on the idiot box after doing so much the whole day, I dont know the latest gossips revolving my dad's tuition kids coz I spend such a short time at home, I dont get the juicy details of mi's and Xzan's office bitches.. and worst of all, I feel I dont have enough time to spend with the darling..

I'm hoping that all these will not drag on coz I'm pressing the Bos to hire more ppl to assist in the horrendous workload. I dont want these to go on coz I wanna smile when I hear the CNY songs aired in MV (instead of running away coz I'm always late for yet another meeting) and I wanna have time to prepare/recept the CNY by walking around shopping for CNY goodies / deco and clothes!!!!!! If this goes on, I wont have the time to happily prepare for CNY coz my time would be spent advising ID's/firing contractors or dealing with utmost bitchy tenants. ArghHHh..

Well, will hope for the VERY VERY best coz this year ought to be a good one! Too many happy things are lined up and it'll be a shame if all I do is complaint everytime I log in here :P

To change the tone abit, I'll update on the house! hehe... The shell is finally ready! Nicely painted with grilles and alarm.. Just waiting for the "software" to go in.. the furniture and lightings and one big round of cleaning. All these will be done within the next one or two months coz dearie and I are caught up with work. It's not furnished yet, but it looks like the most beautiful home ever! hahaha... most people would disagree and think I'm crazy, but bite me! It's my house and we've spend so much time/effort on it! It ought to be the nicest ever! hahahaha
