Cleaning, throwing and sneezing
Finally took some time to clear the room which Xzan's occupying now. She has been asking me to clear my stuff, asking me to take away my storage box, remove my clothings and beautify the room. Wanting to kick me out. Hmph! Dahlah took my double bed from the apartment! Now taking over the entire master room where I grew up in pulak! TOO MUCH YO!!! Hmph! kecik hati!!!!!! hahaha
Anywayz, was going through one of the cabinets and found bags and bags of letter and cards that I received over the years. Most letters were from eFFie and Adri (sent to me when I was in Skudai), ...while the cards, from everyone (Dearie, DiMi, Xzan, Adri, Effie, Irene, Cindy, Siang, Ivan,Kevin,Uni-mates, etc etc) ! Birthday cards, CNY Cards, Get Well Cards (for the time I got denggue), Valentine Cards etc... Found a very small and nice hand made get-well card from JW... (fren, u remember-ar?? hehehe). Wanted to read the 10-page letters that eFFie sent, but wahh... took tooo much time.. hehehe.. so I just put them back all in the envelope and will keep them for the next century or so!
Also found my Form 5 autograph and re-read all the funny and memorable stuff written inside. Found a card fr Siang saying "We've known each other for 18 years now and in no time, I'll be getting a wedding card from you"... which made me wonder.. I didnt even send him a wedding card now that I'm getting married (coz he cant make it).. so .. well, should I? since it's mentioned few years ago? hehe.. oh oh!!! Found a card from CIS that says, "I am Perfect... For YOU"! Gosh man!!! What were u thinking then?! hahaha.. I remember getting that card from you after our tuition at Auntie Pat's... so it must be around Form 1, 2 or 3 :P Gosh... stuff we did when we were young! hahaha.. unbelievable!
Found the many many stuff that I saved during the St. John's events (AGMs, Area Camp, Competitons, First Aid Quiz) and some of the aiesec barang-barang as well. All of which I still cant bring myself to throw. So well, took them all out from the cabinet in Xzan's room and am gonna transfer it to the new house (of which I'll keep for another 10 years, and by then, will evaluate again to see if it's still worth keeping.. hehe)
Such nice feeling to see all these things again. Bring back so much wonderful and happy memories. So lpx, dont go throw every single thing that you find in the room! 10 years down the road when u're forced to clean the room again, you'll be amazed at your findings and go "whoa!!! see what I did then!!" (Just like the postcard that Di showed us "From your kid bro") :)
