Father's Day (15 June 08)

Like mother's day, Xzan and I resorted to make Daddy dinner. Mother's day was fully Chinese. So we opt for a full Western dinner this time round. Gosh. Thought it would be easy with readily marinated lamb and chicken from Jusco.. but oh no... it took us another half a day to prepare the following:-

1) Honeydue birds' nest (oh.. ok.. this is not Western, but it did serve as an appetizer) for them b4 starting dinner
2) Grilled lamb
3) Grilled chicken
4) Spagetti Balognese
5) Lemongrass Fried Chicken
6) Mango & Honeydue Pudding
7) Caramel Pudding
8) Lots of Sparkling Juice

I've no idea what took both of us the entire afternoon preparing the above, but of course, the end-result was DIMS! Both daddy and mommy loved the dinner! Photos will be up when the sista uploads them.

Same time next year, Dearie will have someone wishing him Happy Papa's Day as well! Splendid! :)
