Birthdays, prayers, blood test and the haircut
Birthday:
Daddy's birthday celebration was postponed this year becoz the little one was not well. Was originally suppose to go to Tao Buffet at Giza, but becoz of the postponement and some lucky charms, we ended up having a feast at Southsea Seafood Restaurant at Subang instead.

===================================
Prayers:
We finally got the medium to come to our place to perform prayers to the "white tiger" which is believed to be giving more harm than good to our house. On 6 June 2010, Uncle Ah Jai came to our place, threw some rice/salt/chinese tea, burn some "fu" and performed some prayers.
Hereon, everything is suppose to be smooth sailing and most importantly, everyone's suppose to be healthier. Lets just hope all these prayers work.
==================================
Blood test:
Took my first blood test after gawd knows how long.
Everything seem to be fine (besides my fast heart-beat, low bp and occassional dizziness) :P
Doc says my cholesterol is leaning against the high side but it's not to be worried. Shall just have to monitor food intake and erm... do some exercise :P
The highlight of the report is the different cells found in my hemoglobin (blood). From the outlook of the report, it suggest that I might have Thalessimia, a generic blood disorder. However, it's not confirmed until I do further test. Then again, the doc says that all my other blood test reading (for liver, kidney, etc etc) are all normal and says I might not need to do further test. He ask if anyone in my mom/dad's side which is known to have Thalessimia... not that we know of.. Then again, we wouldnt know if we're a Thalessimia patient or Thalessimia carrier unless we do a blood test. I doubt the previous generations did any, so well, cant confirm that.
Nothing much needs to change in my lifestyle, except that I could cut down on beef (oh noooo) and seafood (double oh nooooo) :(
================================
Hair:
I've cut Anne's hair... AND...
I have got my own hair chopped off :)
From way-after-shoulder-length to barely-at-neck-length :)
cool !

Superb seafood at a premium price, all courtesy of the Birthday "boy".

oh hmm, thalassemia? best go check it out before anne no. 2 (or perhaps adam no. 1) comes along :P
apparently, work stress contributes to high cholesterol levels as well - besides lack of exercise. i went for my 1st yoga lesson yesterday and almost died! so much stretching - the yoga master made me feel like a short bean :P
