Alternative treatment ~ 0steopath

Finally trying alternative treatment for all the aches and pain. Òste0path at Plaza Damas. Was treated by Celine today and the session lasted abt 50 mins, including the history-describing session. Whole session wasnt painful at all and Celine was very patient and careful.

Next follow-up treatment is in 3 weeks' time. Meanwhile, no vigorous movements, no carrying heavy things, no exercise. Hope this works
