The episode where Anne got under the weather

Anne suddenly woke up on 30th April with a fever hittinf 39deg.

Gave her 2 rounds of paracetamol and it didnt get any better. She complaint of sore throat but no body aches. Topped up her evco. By Sunday, fever didnt get any better and we got her Augmentin antibiotics from Dr.Soo. 3 days of antibiotics, symtoms were still not getting any better. Fever would return after meds wear off. So decided to bring her to Dr.Chua (paed). Dr said since augmentin wasnt effective, most probably its another strain of bacteria. Her lungs were noisy coz she was coughing with lots of phlegm. Doc suspected it was mycoplasma, so prescribed antibiotics for mycoplasma for the next 5 days.

Sure enough, with the new meds, fever broke within 2 days. Poor gal must have taken too many different kinds of meds, we could see that she has lost so much weight and that she's weak.

A week later now, she is active again tho still with abit of cough.

She weighs 22.9kg now. Hope she will recover fr all the antibiotics taken soon enough!
