Egg in a basket

Finally received my oven 2 days ago and this was our first try on the new toy!

Baking eggs in a 'basket'!

Steps:
- line the muffin try with cup cake liners
- arrange bread in the liner
- break a small egg into the bread
- sprinkle some salt and pepper
- you can add ham if u want. I didnt ham so added some cherry tomatoes and topped it with italian herbs
- preheat oven at 180deg for 10 mins. Bake for 10mins or until egg white is formed.
