Phew...
What a week.. nothing exciting happened, but nonetheless, MANY things happened :P

Went to work on Monday morning despite knowing that I had a slight temperature. Was already having fever on Saturday. Swollowed some pills and it was ok on Sunday. But as I was going to sleep on Sunday, somehow felt something was not right. Took another pill and tried to sleep.
Got up on Monday and realised temperature was still there but had to go to work anyway as there's HQ meeting and I cant afford to miss the meeting. Meeting lasted from 9.30am to 12.45pm. Straight after the meeting, told bos's secretary that I'm not feeling well and drove to the doc. Once at the clinic, the doc said "Why is your face so red". I said I'm having fever and felt like shit. He immediately took my temperature and said it's at 103F. Crazy! Actually, my limbs, thighs and calves are already damn painful. Those gonna-get-cramp kindda pain! Doc gave me many types of pills and a mixture to be taken on the spot and told me to stay home for 2 days, lecturing me that I shouldn't drive at this situation.

Stayed home, tried to sleep but to no avail. Mobile phone rang NON-STOP. Calls by clients, contractors, prospecitive tenants, lawyers, colleagues, etc. Didn't dare off my phone as there are tight deadlines to meet at work. So though I was ok MC, it didn't feel like an off day! Besides entertaining those calls, I was calculating the lettable space for Wilayah Kompleks as boss says it's urgent. Since I know I wont have time to sit down quietly (without disturbance) to calculate the area at office, I brought home all the floor plans to finish them at home. Half way through the calculation, I saw stars and space crafts moving in my head.. became dizzy like crazy! Should have known better than to put so much energy and concentration after antibiotics! Went straight to bed and slept for 1 full hour before the phone rang again. Damn!

Went back to work and was at Plaza Permata. Boss came for operation's meeting. Had a meeting with a default tenant. Argued and tried to trash things out with them. Picture turned slightly ugly with tenants, but finally manage to come to terms on how to settle things amicably for everyone's benefit. After the operation meeting with bos and the maintenance team, had a word with boss that I need an assistant at Plaza Permata to help out on all the administrative matters. This assistant has been long due but since I didn't really complaint before this, boss took me for granted. I therefore ended up doing all the administrative (filling, letters, correspondence), finance (invoice, debtors, ageing list, collection, reminders), legal cases (letters of demand, liaising with solicitors), marketing (letters of offers, tenancy agreements, letters of guarantee, renewal letters), strata titles for Plaza Permata and Wilayah Kompleks (liaising with surveyors, solicitors and purchasers,trashing out difference in areas and signing of MOTs etc etc), Management and overseeing of Pangsapuri Cempaka (all adminstrative and management matters INCLUSIVE of sub-sales and leases), sub-sale issues for Wisma Penang Garden, Standard Operation Procedures for the entire Property Management division, Management and Framework/Preparation for Centrepoint North & South @ MVC. The latter is the MOST difficult as besides boss #2, I'm the ONLY person getting ready to receive the 2 new babies. First one coming in January 2007, 2nd one coming in April 2007.
Told or rather remindd boss that I'm handling all the above ALONE and that it's really bringing me down. Besides my salary/position, everything else has expended like CRAZY! Really like CRAZY! I hope the boss knows what I mean..

Throat still itcy, temperature comes on and off.. nose still sniffing. Work goes on. Had a meeting on Centrepoint and TRIED to clear the outstanding issues brought forward from Monday & Tuesday to no avail :P

My favourite day of the week! Morning was spent having marketing meeting from 9.30am to 12pm. Celebrated Jean's bday during lunch and after lunch, had a discussion with boss #2 on Centrepoint issues.
After work, stopped by at Bintang to buy "Buah Berangan" and some ice-cream. Had delicious dinner and was followed by super yummy buah berangan. And now I'm happily sitting in front of the computer at 12.33am, enjoying the fact that I dont need to sleep early coz I dont need to get up early tomorrow. hehe..
Throat seems ok now.. but nose is still naughty. Mom says her bro will be coming back to M'sia from New Zealand to visit my granny tomorro night. Forsee that the weekend will be spent looking for stuff for the new house and spending time with granny at Rawang.
Hm... that was my week. Really quite many things happened, no? :)
Gonna go rest now... Till I do another report to remind myself what fills my day... :)
