The day Ruhyati returned to Bayumas

On 9 September 2008, Yati touched Malaysia's shores and joined our family. As forgetful and stubborn as she could be, she was still undeniablely a very good helper to the family. She was with us during the toughest time, ie when Anne was not well, and was with us throughout the journey of Anne's progress from the 2nd month til now, the 13th month.

We couldnt renew her 2nd year here as she has failed the health check by Fomema due to some unknown reasons of heart expansion. Tho sad that we have to let go such a responsible lady (especially when she shows true motherly love to Anne), we have to accept the decision by Fomema as it is, and send her back to her homeland.

So, this morning, I sent her back to the agency and on 1 Oct 2009 she'll be on her way back to her own family in Bayumas, Indonesia. . It was a horribly tearful morning (actually it was tearful for her over the entire weekend!) but I hope she understands that what we're doing is for the benefit of all. I hope that she'll always be in the pink of health and will recover from whatever heart problem that she has. Hopefully, one day ...we'll be able to meet as friends again.
