Back again...

Negleted my blog for a good 2 weeks or so.

Main reason's becoz of work and also my darling girl which takes all time away from myself. Not that I'm complaining coz her every smile and laughter sends all worries and frustration away..

See what I mean? hehe

Went for her 2nd monthly checkup on 14th Oct. Anne's growing very well. Below's her growth statistics:-

Weight:
At birth - 3.05kg
1st month - 4.4kg
2nd month - 5.76kg

Lenght:-
At birth - 48cm
1st month -54cm
2nd month - 59cm

This brave girl of ours is doing much much better than her mommy :P

She got 2 jabs during this 2nd visit to the Doc. One for a 5-in-1 (RM300!!) booster and another for a 3-in-1 (RM130!!!) imunization for ears infection, etc etc. I dont remember what they are for. Will get the full details from the doc the next time I go for her monthly checkup.. hehe

This darling just let out a small cry when she was given the 2 jabs. The mommy damn sakit hati seeing that she has to get one jab on her small left thigh and another one her right. Doc said she might get fever after the jabs and prescribed us with some THICK orange fluid medication. Was told to feed her the medicine even if there's no fever (just in case). We fed her the medicine the night itself and little Anne's an angel. Just wringgled abit when the medicine went in and then started smilling again! Doc said if she were to get fever, it would be within 2 days after getting the jab. She was abit lethargic during the 1st and 2nd day after the jab, but resumed to her active self right after. So, no fever after all *touch wood* :)

I, myself, consulted Dr. Tan this time round and had to go thru a pap-smear. eww... Results will be out within a week and was told to contemplate having the cervical cancer vaccination. 3 jabs for RM450 each. I guess I'll be going for it since the percentage of imunity for a young adult (anyone below 30 years of age) is 90%! All female between the age of 9 - 45 are advised to have the jab... So well, RM1500 for lifetime imunity. Not a bad deal, right?

Anne has started letting out all kind of funny cute sound since a 2 weeks ago. In the morning when she wakes, she'll be talking to herself after milk. After bath, she'll be stretching and laughing and talking to whoever that's in front of her. When we speak to her, she'll pay all her attention to the movements on our mouth and try to imitate; but mostly all that comes out of her is a loud "ehhhhh"! hehehe.. super adorable, I tell u!!! :)

How not to love her? :) :)
