The covid journey

Medicine and supplements taken during covid:

- Berocca vit C - 1 tablet into a glass of water day (after breakfast)

- At least 1000mg vit C (after lunch)

- 1 vial of Vitamin D (D-Cure). Take once a month will do - immediately when confirmed positive

- Lian Hua pills: 4pills, 3 times a day (1 hour after Berocca)

- Zithromax antibiotics (250g): 2pills a day for 3 days only. Each box only has 6 pills - after any meal

- chinese herbal drink (once a day). Ordered via whatsapp from yesnatural (https://yesnatural.my/). Its pre-boiled. Just reheat and drink - after any meal but ensure no other medications 1hour before or after this herbal drink.

- Panadol actifast

- anti-inflammatory pills - twice a day for sore throat)

- strepsils

- Diflame spray - every hour

- Listerine gargle - every hour

- coconut juice
